Description
This Adjective Bingo set makes teaching/review adjectives FUN for students in grades 4-6! You can use this Adjective Bingo as a whole-class activity or as a small group literacy center. If you have a cluster of students in your class who need more of a challenge, see my store for the Adjectives Bingo Bundle, which includes all three levels of Adjective Bingo!
Included in the file:
-18 different Adjective Bingo Cards – You can photocopy a second set if you want to play as a whole-class activity.
-45 adjective calling cards –Cut the cards apart and use them to call out adjectives for the students to cover on their Bingo board.
-An adjective calling card list – You can call out adjectives for the students to cover on their Bingo board if you don’t want to use the calling cards. Just highlight, circle or cross off a word once it has been called out.
-Two blank Adjective Bingo templates – These are great if you want students to fill in their own adjectives from a particular lesson you are teaching, or from hunting through a text for adjectives prior to playing Bingo.
-One blank set of calling cards – If you have students use adjectives from a lesson, these calling cards can quickly be filled in to play.
-Adjective Extension Activity- Students can complete this activity sheet after playing a few rounds of Bingo. They choose a word from their Bingo Board, and then find the definition in the dictionary, find a synonym and antonym in a thesaurus, and illustrate their word (Adjective Four Squares).
Bingo makes a great activity to have on hand for a sub too!
Thanks so much for your purchase!
